Oktoberfest 05102011 @ Bavarian Bierhaus, Curve

Yes, it's Oktoberfest! Didn't know what is this festival about? It's the world's largest beer festival, is held annually in Munich, Germany. The 16-day party attracts over 6 million people every year who consume 1.5 million gallons of beer, 200,000 pairs of pork sausage, and 480,000 spit-roasted chickens during the two-week extravaganza. It's all about beers, food, and fun! Oktoberfest is in fact one of Munich's largest and most profitable tourist attractions. And now, you don't have to go all the way to Germany to enjoy this festival of the year, you could enjoy the fun here, in Malaysia too! Check out my previous post to find out more.Well, my first stop for this festival was in Bavarian Bierhaus, The Curve.

Just started, every1 is holding diff type of beer - Carlsberg, Erdinger Weissbier, Franziskaner Weissbier, Lowenbrau

The beer I love the most? Lowenbrau! It's an original "German Munich Beer", famous at Oktoberfests. It is a lager beer that is refreshing with a taste of malt and mild hop bitterness. The beer is light to the taste, bright golden yellow in colour, and tryly complements the Bavarian drinking experience. Taste all of them, and tell which taste of beer you love the most!

Carlsberg Malaysia presents "Malaysia's Own Oktoberfest 2011" by featuring Malaysia's no.1 beer brand Carlsberg and three Bavarian imported beers from Gerrmany.

Some info of the beers:-

Carlsberg (5% ABV/ alcohol), a lager beer founded by J.C. Jacobsen in 1847 and is an international beer originating from Denmark.

Erdinger Weissbier (5.3% ABV), pioneered in the 70's, was the first German wheat to be distributed nationwide in Germany. Erdinger is brewed according to traditional recipes and has no preservatives, additives and pasteurization, complying with the Bavarian Purity Law 1516.

Franziskaner Weissbier (5% ABV), a traditional Bavarian wheat beer with more than 600 years of history, is refreshing and aromatic in character. This Bavarian beer is naturally cloudy and copper-coloured and enhanced with a sweet malt taste with a smooth creamy texture for finish.

Don't really feel like blogging today cause I'm sick, so badly T.T. So this will be a very short post with just 1 special picture LOL.

This picture is taken with my boyfriend's hp, using one of his HTC's application. Kinda love the feeling, it's like someone drew it for me! Take care ya ppl, weather is changing everyday, most of my friends are sick now, drink more water! Cheers =)

What is your Bed Time?

The Night still Young? We always heard this every night, especially weekends right?

Party Time? Pillow Talk? Supper Time? Staying up late for Korean Dramas? I know all these are fun, but is a BIG BIG no for skin!

You know what, first thing we could think of sleeping late is, PANDA EYES.

This is NOT the only thing you have to worry about....

What else?? Scroll down if you really care...

1. Skin dullness

2. Accelerate the ageing process

3. Pigmentation (Yes, stay up late in the night will cause pigmentation too! You gotta believe this!)

4. Acne Skin

5. Blackheads/ Whiteheads

6. Gain weight (hah! Did you notice that, you'll get hungry once you sleep late than ur usual bed time?)

7. Gastric 

8. Affect your health condition
9. etc...

For your knowledge, best time of bed time is between 11pm - 1am. This is the time for your body and skin to have rest, and your skin and body will undergo rejunevation and restoring process. So, sleep before 11pm everyday? (Not so possible right LOL!)

I know, youngster tends to stay up late for so many exciting activities, even me too! But....considering my skin n health, I'll always try to sleep as early as I can! :D

Some tips for staying up late:

1. Prepare some hot drink

2. Avoid too much of coffee! (I know is a must especially when you burn the midnight oil for exams, just try not to consume too much as coffee really not good for you stomachieeeee)

3. Please consume some food

4. Don't skip the breakfast the next morning

5. Consume enough of plain water

6. Consume Vitamin A ( to help on better skin n eye) 
7. Remember to remove your make you and cleanse your face properly!
