What Food your Skin Love?

Is this the question you always ask? "Why my skin is terrible even though I using expensive and good skin care products?". Well, food is another main factor that determine your good/ bad skin, are you eating healthily? Eating right to have better skin?

Below are some of the good food that is good for your skin (just for reference only as you've to know some of the food might cause allergy to individual):-
1. Whole Grains
Contains: Rutin and Vitamin B
Benefits: Antioxidant, reduce skin inflammation, giving clearer and moisturized skin.


2.Nuts
Contains: Vitamin E
Benefits: Aside from filling a hunger gap with good fats, fiber and protein, they can help make skin supple, smooth and younger looking. 

Nuts especially almonds, good in helping the antioxidant activity on our skin. Vitamin E always women's best friend, I would definitely consume some Vitamin E in tablet if I do not consume enough of nuts though, it could help to lock the moisture on our skin and remain young and soft skin!

3. Vegetables
Contains: Vitamin A, beta-carotene
Benefits: Anti Acne, Better Digestion



For red vegetables like carrots, it containes beta-carotene which could convert into Vitamin A inside our body and acts as an antioxidant and anti-aging agent. Vege lovers always get brighter and smoother skin, you notice it too yah?

4. Fruits
Contains: Vitamin C
Benefits: Reduce inflammation, and acts as an antioxidant agent that slows the rate of collagen damages and cause skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles



5.Seafood
Contains: Omega-3 fatty acids, Zinc
Benefits: Acids, proteins, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants found in abundance in seafood benefit the heart, lungs, skin, eyes, brain, arterial system and even the immune system. And it could helps in reducing the formation of oil and sebum - reduce ance problem.



I know all of the above are good food for good skin, but wait! Don't get OD(overdosed) by consuming too much hehe...:D. Get a smoother, clearer, and radiant skin today by eating right!
